Baduy people are the strongest people I've encountered by far. This is Haswan, the child of our guide/porter, Mr. Erwin, on our trip to Baduy Luar and Baduy Dalam villages last weekend. He voluntarily hiked (yes, hiked!) with us as a porter and carrying this 10ish kg bags in total. With no shoes nor sandals. Gulping only a little water. No complaining, walking up and down the hill for 6 straight hours, only stopping to give us time to breathe. He's a champion to us! But you know, a child this strong is very common among the Baduy people. It's no child labor, it's just a part of their culture.
