Stumble Into Indonesia's Unseen Places

As an Indonesian who lives most of my life in Indonesia, I thought I have gotten used to paddy and villages. My weekend at Harau Valley, near Payakumbuh town in West Sumatra, proved it wrong. I remember how wide my mouth was open when I first came in to the Harau Valley area. The whole valley scene was literally jaw dropping to me. And there I wished I had the widest lens one could ever create just to capture the vast valley and show it to the world. In the meantime, this is the best I could capture it. Still, I can’t get enough of looking at the green paddy of Harau Valley.
Have you heard of Harau Valley? What do you know about it so far?
